Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and Error weld mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.
Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds,rain,snow,sand/dust storms,etc)
- Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference
- (i.e. in mining areas or closeto radio transmission towers,high-voltage wires,substations,etc.)
- Damage caused by operating the product in an environment suffering from interference from other wireless devices (i.etransmitter, video-downlink,Wi-Fi signals,etc.)
- Damage caused by a crashes when components have aged or been damaged.
- Damage caused by operating the unit with a low charge or defective battery of any form.
- Damage resulting from any non-GEPRC technical or other support(online community for example),such as assistance with"how-to" questions and or inaccurate product set-up and installation.
- GEPRC is not responsible for issues involving 3rd party products and warranty. For example with issues involing Caddx and D J l,the customer must get warranty support directly from the 3rd party company

Thank you for choosing our products. To protect your legal rights and ensure fair and efficient handling of any after‑sales issues,
please strictly follow the procedures below when you receive your package or need to return an item for a refund.
1. Unboxing Video Requirements (Important)
To avoid disputes regarding damage during transit or missing accessories, you must record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video immediately after receiving the package.
This video will serve as the primary evidence for any after‑sales claims.

Show the original condition – Before opening, clearly film all six sides of the package. Ensure the shipping label (tracking number, recipient information) and any visible damage (crushes, punctures, water stains, or signs of resealing) are recorded.

Continuous recording – From the moment you start unsealing until you finish checking all items, keep the camera running without pauses or edits.

Inspect and count each item – Compare with your order. Take out every item and show them clearly in the video. This includes but is not limited to:

Close‑up of defects – If you find any cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks), functional issues, or missing accessories, take a clear close‑up of the problem area in the video.
Note: Without a valid unboxing video, or if the video is incomplete and does not show the original package state, our after‑sales team may not be able to accept claims regarding missing items or shipping damage.
2. Packaging Requirements for Returns / Repairs
If you are instructed to send a product back (for return, exchange, or repair), please follow the packaging rules below. Any additional damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping will be your responsibility.
Packaging rules:

Use the original box – Pack the product in the original factory box (you may place that box inside a protective outer shipping bag/carton).

Include all accessories – All accessories, including but not limited to propellers, antenna, receiver, battery, charging cable, screw pack, must be placed inside the box together with the main unit. Missing accessories may affect the full refund amount or the completeness of the repair.

Secure the contents – Use the original foam, dividers, bubble wrap, etc., to ensure the main unit and accessories do not move or collide inside the box.

Take photos before sealing – For your own records, take a photo of all items together before closing the box, and another photo of the sealed package.
